CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: Process Historian, Documentor

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

Innovation for Change – East Asia is hiring the services of a PROCESS HISTORIAN for output-based work for the period of November 2018 (1 month).

Tasks, Work Scope and Outputs of the Process Historian

The idea of having a Process Historian proceeds from the experience of the Civil Society Innovation Initiative (CSII) project. The Process Historian serves as a third party observer, capturing learnings, for two purposes: a) gathering learnings on co-design and innovation initiatives, and b) to complement traditional monitoring and evaluation methods by capturing qualitative indicators.

Learnings are captured through a variety of methods: through snippets of interviews, written up or documented through videos; through a collection of photographs of people, events, art; through the historian’s third party diary of impressions and insights. The final output would be a series of scripts and mini-scripts that shall be used by Innovation for Change at a Civic Innovation Fair that will showcase the East Asia hub’s services and activities for the year 2018, and may be showcased as well at the East Asia hub’s portal and social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
