Strengthening CSOs capacities in project and financial management in Tunisia

Objectives

The first activity of the project named “Strengthening CSOs capacities” aims to build the management capacities of 50 Tunisian CSOs representing 24 governorates, through a human centered design approach, financial and ICT tools. This activity includes a co-design workshop with a representative sample of 10 CSOs to assess their needs in terms of project and financial management and technology. At the end of the activity, a toolkit will be developed and published on local and international platforms in order to highlight the importance of certain tools in financial management and community building.

Narrative summary

The online co-design workshop was organized with 10 organizations to assess their needs in terms of project and financial management and technology. The online training sessions were organized with Tunisian CSOs to acquire new management skills and learn best practices around CSOs project and financial management approaches while making the best use of technology tools. El Toolkit focused on CSOs management and the use of technology is under development
