Narrative summary
Project monitoring and evaluation is a continuous process of collecting, processing information and critically analyzing the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the project in relation to its initial objectives, assumptions, strategy and available resources. Its implementation process requires considerable resources which the majority of associations do not have. The tool was developed to respond to this challenge and its use will strengthen the capacities of organizations in terms of monitoring and evaluation of projects and meet the requirements of donors.
